Our first time having food and not icecream at DQ. We ordered chilli dogs and they had no chilli left, I'm guessing because we were there in the last hour before close. The employee was very kind and offered to make a new batch of chili for us. I was very surprised and really appreciated it. The food tasted good, but find it a bit expensive for what it is. But then again we are Canadian so the currency already made it more expensive.

Sweet Escape Four stars shine for Dairy Queen's delight, Where Blizzards spin and soft serve's right. The burgers satisfy, though nothing grand, But ice cream treats? They steal the show by hand.Cool comfort on a summer's day, When heat has chased my appetite away. The service friendly, atmosphere bright, A solid choice that feels just right. Not perfect, but it hits the spot— Sweet memories that time forgot. Four stars well-earned for treats so fine, DQ magic, every single time.

They were friendly, and the food was good. Out of Coke Zero, informed the manager was reset in 10 minutes. Pretty fast for a busy lunch shift.

I had a great experience at the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Malone, NY! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. I stopped in for a quick bite and treated myself to a classic DQ Blizzard – it was perfectly blended and absolutely delicious. The grill menu also hit the spot; my burger was hot, fresh, and well-seasoned. I appreciated the spacious seating and the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Whether you're grabbing a cool treat or a hot meal, this DQ location is a solid choice. Definitely worth the stop if you're passing through Malone or in town for a while!

Good place for a quick dinner, good add on items like fries, onion rings and fried cheese curds. Orders are brought to the table. Clean and well maintained place.

I typically love dairy Queen and used to like this one quite a bit, however, as of late the ice cream has been extremely runny! This has been happening for several months if not longer. I mentioned it to staff on one occasion and the manager told me that it is because they have one ice cream machine and if it's busy the machine can't keep up with the demand. She did mention that they are looking to get another machine up and running for summer, but as of today (7/11/25) that clearly hasn't happened. When the kid working here flipped my blizzard, the thing nearly fell on the ground, And he had to turn it right side up immediately as it dripped all over the floor. (see pic 3) And tell this situation is fixed, I would highly recommend going to one of the local ice cream stands around town, as their blizzards are closer to a milkshake than actual solid ice cream! ***UPDATE 10/2/25*** Well, we finally went back after our less than stellar experience a couple months ago, and I was thrilled to find out that the blizzard that I got (a small Oreo/ Reese's limited edition) was exactly as I'd hoped for! It is no longer a melted mess like it was the majority of the time during the summer. The rating has been updated to reflect this
